سياسة الاستبدال – Glow Up

• يحق للعميل طلب استبدال المنتج فقط خلال مدة أقصاها 48 ساعة من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

• يشترط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وغير مفتوح مع التغليف الكامل.

• يتحمل العميل كامل تكلفة الشحن الخاصة بعملية الاستبدال.

• لا يُسمح بالاستبدال في حال تم استخدام المنتج أو فتحه، وذلك لأسباب صحية

Exchange Policy – Glow Up

• Customers may request an exchange only within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including full original packaging.

• Shipping costs for the exchange are the customer’s responsibility.

• Exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

• If a wrong or defective item is received, please contact us within 48 hours, and the case will be handled according to Glow Up’s policy.
